knowledgeable and easy to deal with

Alexi is the managing agent for my investment property. My property got rent out in less than a week which was a good surprise to me. I have to say my property was not one of the most attractive one in the market (I wish it was). Alexi priced it right and found the right tenant for me. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of managing the rental properties: marketing, tenant assessment, strata communication, fixing and repair, bond management, outgoing report etc. Home Estate recently completed the digital transformation of internal paperwork. I am happy not to receive monthly mail in the post and everything is online now. I have not used any other real estate so I can not compare. But if this one is good, why change? : )
