When our tenants gave notice to vacate, Carl immediately took up the challenge to organise quotes for upgrades and refurbishment. Due to reasonable wear & tear, the house needed a full repaint, recarpet and many other small things to be done. Carl was able to make the entire process very smooth and stress free.
