Calming professional help 5

Carl and Michael, especially Michael ,was very helpful in my dealings with our difficult , ignorant or trying- it -on departing tenants at 6/25 Mulwarree Ave Randwick. I was very upset with the condition it was left in on Thursday evening after one tenant claimed she had returned and finished the cleaning !!! He was very calming and advised me to how seek reimbursement from them in a faster, simpler way that I intended. Excellent advice and help.
