Friendly but Uneducated

The inspection and application process was smooth. They were desperate for a tenant and asked what they could do to convince me then once I applied, I was heavily pressured into paying more rent than I am comfortable with. They told me the property had NBN and gas of which neither were evident when I moved in. The property has lots of broken parts and junk left around. I have asked multiple times for the rubbish to be removed and am being ignored. Maybe, as a landlord, these are the agents you want as they will save you money short term, but think about the cost long term when damage is neglected. I simply want the property to function as promised since that's what I'm paying for.
