I had a tenant who stopped paying rent as of New Years Eve Last year. They caused willful damage to the property and when the bond clean was completed, I noted that they required 4 cans of Moreton before they could even enter the property to clean it due to the excess of flies and rubbish. Alina and the rest of the team have been exceptional in managing the entire situation, including organising repairs, managing the claim, and organising for a new tenant. I was impressed by their diligence and conscientiousness when chasing up the reluctant parties, namely the tenants during the eviction process and the claims officer. They demonstrated strong knowledge of the processes and I felt very confident knowing that my case was in good hands. I am very happy with the service they continue to provide, and Alina is always chatty and easy to deal with. Even though I don’t want to have to go through this ordeal again, I know that the team would support me if it came to it.
