I met Kate Jewry at my property and she inspected the house and the yard. She then asked me what I thought the property was worth. I told her what I would except for the property. Her reaction to that was, I will be back in thirty minutes with a contract. Twenty minutes later she was back with a signed contract. Does it get any better than that, I don't think so.
