Buying in Buderim was a nightmare this time due to many of the new agents price baiting and playing games by not quoting prices or comparative sales plus marketing online in low brackets when they were obviously worth a lot more. I do hope Fair Trading crack down on how some agents are doing business. Buying and selling can be a great experience with honesty, knowledge and hard work, as it was when buying through Craig. Craig was fantastic to deal with, knew the market very well....YES, enough to talk price and comparatives unlike others, plus communicated well.
