Very good experience

When I asked Steph for an appraisal on my house she immediately set a date to come and have a look. She gave me a realistic and very accurate idea of the value of my house. Once it was listed it was under offer within a week for more than I expected. Everything around the sale has been smooth although I'm still a little in shock at how fast it all went. She was also very good at the after care with building inspections and didn't hesitate to support the process regardless of what day of the week it was.
