Patient, Excellent and Clear Communication!

Martin Hood was versatile in communicating in a multitude of parties, including myself, my parents and my sister. The ability to communicate effectively between differing parties made him a stand out, as juggling between differing parties to email, text and call, would be extremely difficult. Not only that, but I also work 9am-5pm throughout the weekdays, I appraise Martin on his understanding to wait for documentations to be signed until the late of night or even on weekends, when I have the ability to sit down and read the document thoroughly. He is also super honest on the value of the housing and what the buyer (myself) and the seller would want.
