First class property management

We have had our Palladian condominium in the hands of HIR Property Managers virtually from the time we purchased the property shortly after the completion of the resort, The management has been highly professional in all dealings we have had, including the effective vetting and selection of good tenants, timely collection and payment of all rent due and conduct of thorough property inspections and identifying and promptly dealing with any maintenance issues that have arisen We receive regular communication and clear and detailed statements, and most importantly, have had the property virtually fully occupied by quality tenants tenants due to the efforts of the HIR Property Management team. We could not recommend them more highly
