Great Hope Island agent who really knows the properties and developers.

We first met Warren when we were looking for a place in February this year and we’re very impressed with his in-depth knowledge of the Hope Island precinct including which developments were quality and just as important which ones weren’t. When we were ready to buy and found a property we were interested in, Warren was the agent we contacted to get an in-depth opinion. As Warren had just decided to be marketing agent for the development it was good timing. Warren gave us a very good overview of the developer, their other projects, reputation in the area and comparable properties to consider. Great overview which allowed us to make an informed decision. Since signing up for the property he has also kept us well informed of the construction progress. Couldn’t be happier with Warren and have no problem recommending him as The agent to talk to if you planning on buying in the Hope Island precinct.
