I met try a few years ago & found out he was a Real Estate Agent. I always knew if ever I wanted or needed to sell Troy would be the first person I called. Why? He's a decent human being & honest as the day is long. The day came when I decided to try the Market, did I "need" to sell No, I just thought if I got a certain $ then it would be time to seriously consider selling. Troy is this person, he never asked me what my magical $ was I wanted, all we discussed was sales in the area & how to market my property. He was very conscious of my financial situation & did the absolute best to ensure money was not wasted on un-necessary marketing in this current selling market. Troy ensured the money I spent was in the right areas. No promises of I can get you this, No hard pressuring of you "must" do an Auction to get the most interest, just an honest approach to how he thought it would best suit both me & my property. Troy delivered me a very reasonable offer from his VIP list within the first few days & continued to work on that offer whilst ensuring that open houses & inspections continued. I have always had a belief in selling Real Estate that "usually" your first offer is the best offer & Troy did an amazing job to secure me a good contract.
