About Nola

Graduating in 1992 with an Advanced Certificate in Real Estate, I initially commenced work at Elders Real Estate as the first female Real Estate Agent to sell property in Horsham. In 1994 I joined Mr. Gary Radford at Radford Real Estate where I enjoyed sales above industry standards, specialising in Residential and Commercial property sales. In 1997 I traveled extensively overseas before returning home, to the Real Estate Industry. I took a position with Real Estate Agent and Valuer Graham Gerlach at Horsham Real Estate. Graham over the past 25 years, had successfully built a strong specialized Commercial Property Management portfolio. I purchased this business in 2001 and have since enjoyed the challenge of improving our services to clients through advancements in technology. Since purchasing the business, I have purchased the Property Management Departments from Coller Real Estate, Rathgebers Real Estate and Ray White Real Estate, making this office the largest Property Management Department in both Residential and Commercial Property Management. I am extremely proud my team at Horsham Real Estate and I am also excited to have my son, Daniel join the office as a fully Licensed Estate Agent. We are all committed to making your Real Estate experience an enjoyable and stress free experience.

About Fiona

Fiona’s experience in Customer Service and Property Management, along with her strong work ethic and friendly approach allows the perfect combination to create a trustworthy and caring relationship with her Rental Providers and Renters. Her passion, motivation and drive for always wanting more, ensures that she will always go above and beyond. Fiona has a persistent and fair approach to problem solving. She is constantly striving to improve our Property Management team’s knowledge on the Residential Tenancies Act, updating processes and implementing the latest technology to provide the highest quality management for our investors.

About Daniel

Daniel has commenced work in 2017, then compleating his Full Licence in Real Estate through the REIV in 2019 and has taken on the marketing role here at Horsham Real Estate. He has been instrumental in sourcing and embracing new technology & design to optimise and improve the service we can offer to our sales and property management departments. In the fast digital world we live in, it is so important to market your property correctly. Daniel through his knowledge has enhanced the advertising of residential and sale listings to attract more prospective tenants and purchasers. This has been achieved using professional photography, floorplans, 15 websites, facebook, online marketing and property video advertising. Daniel has developed and designed a more efficient way for our property managers to conduct routine inspections, using an iPad and bringing the process online, so we can now offer updated and interactive routine inspection reports, allowing our landlords to gain a better understanding on how their investment properties are performing. Dedicated marketing in a Real Estate office has become such an important role, and we are indeed excited to have Daniel bring this new technology to our clients. Watch this space. He has more exciting developments in the pipeline, that will give your property advertising the unique edge required to make your property stand out from the crowd.

Very poor communication as a lack of detail is provided regarding faults or repair at my property.

Positive point is that HRE do secure good long term tenants for the property. Financial statements, invoices etc. presented are available in good time and complete. The same with inspection reports. Dealing with the agency is very impersonal. Some emails received appear to be AI generated. Fault reports are very vague. As I am based overseas, the impersonal comms and extreme lack of detail about problems with the property are not helpful. There seems to be no way to speak live with an agent. In this era of VOIP being widely available I am limited to a mega expensive landline call only.

Excellent property management with great communication

I have Horsham Real Estate managing my rental property for the past year and I cannot be happier.
