Very poor communication as a lack of detail is provided regarding faults or repair at my property.

Positive point is that HRE do secure good long term tenants for the property. Financial statements, invoices etc. presented are available in good time and complete. The same with inspection reports. Dealing with the agency is very impersonal. Some emails received appear to be AI generated. Fault reports are very vague. As I am based overseas, the impersonal comms and extreme lack of detail about problems with the property are not helpful. There seems to be no way to speak live with an agent. In this era of VOIP being widely available I am limited to a mega expensive landline call only.
