Friendly and responsive

The team at HRE are lovely. Super responsive to inquiries (email) and phone calls. They make the rental process simple and low stress which is much appreciated. Definitely my preferred agents to rent from, they don't make me feel like it's a battle between me (tenant) and rental provider.
