Well, after 22 years of selling properties I thought I'd sold pretty much everything that you could sell, and now there is this. Before the fire on the 12th December 2021, this was a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, with a single carport, now it is a charred shell of a house. Not safe to walk into but the damage is very obvious. On the brighter side, the block is well fenced and comes with 5 garden/storage sheds and a slightly damaged carport.
Potential buyers need to be aware that the Yarriambiack Shire Council has a demolition order on the property and that will need to be complied with in the near future.
