Transparency throughout the process

My partner and I had been in the market to purchase for a few months. Across that time we had varying experiences with agents but were generally left disappointed by the experience. Alessio and Gianluca do not fall into that category. From the time of first inspecting the property, they were welcoming, demonstrated a deep understanding of the property and were highly communicative. They were also very flexible in opening the house for multiple private inspections. We appreciate their transparency throughout the process and would definitely consider using them if we ever need to sell.
