Ben did what was needed to get the sale over the line

Ben was open and honest from the start. There were no complex strategies or promises and we felt like he was realistic about possibilities. He did whatever he could to get the best outcome for us and even when it got tough, he pulled all strings to close the sale and get us safely to settlement. His team were also a tremendous support- we’d like to thank Lily in particular for assisting us with our difficult purchaser. We’d certainly use his expertise again in future.
