Good experience purchasing a property

We were a purchaser of a Property that Ben from Horwood Nolan was selling, he drove a hard bargain for his vendor. Experience was the clear differentiator for Ben and his team. He knows his market, knows the buyers and has a far better sense of what a property is worth. Rather than the standard approach of taking it to market to see what it might be worth, Ben was confident of his process and keen to offer our property to his extensive database of known clientele. Within a few weeks, without endless inspections, he had found a buyer. He then continued to negotiate for an extended period of time to get the right price, again rather than taking the easy path.
