Good experience purchasing a property

Experience was the clear differentiator for Ben and his team. He knows his market, knows the buyers and has a far better sense of what a property is worth. Rather than the standard approach of taking it to market to see what it might be worth, Ben was confident of his process and keen to offer our property to his extensive database of known clientele. Within a few weeks, without endless inspections, he had found a buyer. He then continued to negotiate for an extended period of time to get the right price, again rather than taking the easy path. Ben's support team also knew their stuff - from photos to staging to logistics, he runs a tight, professional, high quality team. Lastly, Ben is frequent communicator. We never felt like we were unaware of progress, and he demonstrated genuine care for us as clients. We really enjoyed the whole experience - made giving up the 15 year family home far easier to do!
