So professional we decided to sell our home with Ben!

Ben Horwood is a very approachable and helpful real estate agent. Our experience throughout the purchase of our new home turned out to be a memorable experience. It was a tense time for us as we were waiting on the approval of our finance which took almost a month due to COVID despite having our hearts firmly set on this property. We registered on auction day but were very fortunate that the auction result passed-in, so we were not forced into a impulse purchase we could have regretted prior to finance approval. It went in our favour and although real estate agents work for their vendors to get the best possible result, we were really impressed by Ben's willingness to negotiate a sale at a fair price. Ben was a gentleman throughout negotiations, his communication skills were on point and he was very patient despite bombarding him with questions and demands. He was very responsive to our calls, messages and flexible with requests to access the house after hours for inspection. Despite our first 2 offers being refused by the vendors we never felt uncomfortable with sales tactics, arrogance or aggression, just a professional attitude and friendly, sound advice. Once we had agreed on a price with the vendors, Ben negotiated a 5 day cooling off period to which both parties agreed to. This took the pressure off both parties and enabled us enough time to sort our finance. We got our new home and the vendors got their sale! We were so impressed by Ben's professionalism, knowledge and approachable nature that we decided to sell our house with Horwood Nolan which is also the best decision we could have made. We have posted a seperate review on the sale of our home in North Strathfield. We bought a new house and sold our home of 11 years with Ben in the space of a month and cannot recommend his services enough. Communication, sound advice based on knowledge & experience, impeccable service from all the staff. Thank you Ben and the Horwood Nolan team!
