I found David Alvares to be a consummate professional. He has an impressive knowledge of the property market; his prediction of the price attained at auction proved uncannily accurate. No doubt this was a result of his ability to identify and establish a rapport with potential bidders attending open for inspection days. His mastery of the detail and consistency of approach throughout the campaign was very reassuring. The property to be sold was part of a deceased estate which needed serious cosmetic attention. David gave sound advice and guidance on precisely how far to go in making improvements without unnecessary expenditure. Importantly, he had excellent contacts in the property industry and as a result the process began with a clear plan for preparation of the house, right down to the shade and brand of paint to be used.
