We would like to sincerely thank Michelle Zachariah for her professionalism and enthusiasm in obtaining an outstanding sale price for my late mothers property in Donvale. It is always stressful selling a home but even more so when it was your mothers. Michelle was very sensitive towards the situation and was warm and professional at all times. We particularly appreciated the regular communication from Michelle to keep us informed on any developments particularly in the early stages of the marketing campaign. She was also always prompt, patient and polite in addressing any concerns we had from start to finish. Towards the end of the campaign we were very much relieved that we sold the property prior to auction for a price that surpassed our expectations.
