Jerry (and his managing partner) were great to work with. Had long term sales knowledge of the area, and able to easily talk about other properties (how they compared, etc). Kept me informed weekly (if not more often at times). Went beyond what you expect of Agents (and I have dealt with others) to watch over the property (it was vacant), put bins out when needed, and spoke with neighbours who regularly approached him. Professional at all times and very easy to deal with.
