This is the first time I have been involved in the rental market as a landlord. Emily Smart was just fantastic from the get go. She was courteous, efficient and knew the market very well. Emily was able to answer all my questions, and more importantly, was able to line up tradies and maintenance people in a very short period of time. Everybody she referred for maintenance works were fantastic and provided real value for money. I was provided with ample warning before prospective tenants were brought through to inspect the property, and only brought people through who had 'qualified' to rent the property. After the inspection I received a report about the inspections and potential tenants. The property was leased after the first inspection at a rate that was well above my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hudson Bond and in particular, Emily Smart and her team. They were fantastic
