Do not use

We had decided to change agents as we had issues with our previous one. We explained this to Hudson Bond and they assured us that we would not have any problems with them. This was not the case. We have had so many communication issues with Hudson Bond and would not go with them them again. When emailing questions we have received replied that have not answered our questions leading to us to chasing them up and massively long email chains. When they actually have answered questions they give vague answers. We have brought this up with them but the problems continue. They have also forgotten to include my wife or myself in emails leading to confusion. Their communication etiquette is well below any type of professionalism. Emails and text messages are like responses from a child with emojis and slang being used. They also have not organised things that we have asked for or asked us to provide things at the last minute. They have left lights on after inspections as well. I would not bother using Hudson Bond.
