Everything above and beyond my expecations

I am very happy with my selling experience with Peter. We had moved far from our unit and wanted an agent that could help us turn our unit into an awesome place for someone to buy and move straight into as it was worn from being tenanted. A friend recommended Peter so we met with him to discuss this and Hudson McHugh's process. I had intended to meet with a few agents but I was really impressed with Peter's market knowledge and professionalism in the first meeting. Before we had signed with him, he took us through a prepared pack of similar properties and set our expectations for a price. He gave us on a calendar of when everything would happen and took us through the marketing plan. Peter also told us, "Don't worry, I will make this stress free and fun. Selling a property should be fun." Peter also said he would handle everything and we would hear from him constantly. Peter was a man of his word and he took care of all the trades people and sent us updates and photos with every development. By the end of the work that Peter and his team took care of, the place looked amazing again. I was so happy to see our home looking beautiful and fresh again. When the place went on the market, Peter called me every day with an update. We had planned to be on the market for a few weeks before an auction, but Peter generated huge interest in our property and had several amazing offers in the first few days, one of which we were really happy to accept before the auction. The whole process went well and everything that Peter told me in our initial meeting was exactly what happened. His knowledge of the Inner West market is spot on and his skills and communication second to none. His advice about what people are looking for helped us tailor our renovations to appeal to buyers. Hiring Peter was the best property decision I made. I would hire him again and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
