I found Jackie to be a well informed and dedicated agent. She has sold a number of homes in the area and in that particular street so I felt confident she knew how best to manage the sale. Jackie listened carefully to my concerns and acted to ensure the best result for the auction. Jackie has a very personable style with high communication skills and effective time management, keeping me informed regularly about the progress of the property once on sale. She worked hard to ensure the property was prepared for sale. A good deal of work was needed on the house and working with Jackie's resources ensured the house looked beautiful for inspection. She was very professional yet friendly in her approach with me and others. She remembered people's names that were important in the transaction and was always positive and upbeat about the house, though I had concerns about its state.
