Stressful sale during market downturn made smooth

We had a great experience buying from Phil 5 years ago so were happy to engage him as our selling agent when came the time for us to upgrade to a larger home. Phil has great knowledge of the area, is strategic, pragmatic and easy to work with. He was very understanding when we decided to hold off selling for approx 1 year, provided advice when we were in the market to buy before selling, and helped us prep our house beautifully before putting it on the market. When we eventually were in a position to sell, the market had started declining and our strategy needed to change accordingly. He managed our expectations, provided sound advice, and ultimately managed on securing a price that we would have been happy with pre-downturn.
