A good human in the world of real estate

Peter was wonderful to deal with in the purchase of my new apartment. Accommodating when I got skittish, and flexible with the timing and finer details of settlement dates and deposits. When I sell my new place in the future, I'll be giving Peter a call.

Peter made selling my home easy

Peter and his team were excellent. I moved out of my flat to a regional area and he took care of everything for me. He organised the styling and cleaning and held onto the keys and other things to give to the new owner. They also provided photos of the cleaning and styling so i felt comfortable paying the invoices. They also checked in on the flat when i had a concern about electricity usage. During negotiations Peter was super prompt and always kept me updated via phone (my preferred method). Using a WhatsApp chat meant that messages were conveyed and responded to quickly. My flat was sold within a week at my desired price. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
