NRAS property - how to apply:
There are 3 important steps to complete for QLD Government NRAS properties
Step 1 - check your general eligibility by completing the online NRAS eligibility check www.nras.communities.qld.gov.au
Once you have your NRAS registration letter you can proceed to step 2
Step 2 - complete a Tenancy Application Form. This can be requested from our office ensuring that you advise us you are applying for an NRAS property
Step 3 - email or deliver your Tenancy Application Form and supporting documents to us. Email pm1assist@hughreilly.com.au
REMINDER: Property viewing requests will not be considered or arranged until your application is fully processed and confirmed to meet all requirements in full. If you progress to viewing the property and advise us you wish to continue your application will be presented to the property owner for their final decision. This is under the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).
