Excellent. 10 out of 10. Top Quality Agent.

Rating: Excellent. Ian is the whole package for real estate. From my experience( I have lived in various rentals for about 17 years , I am a landlord for about 15 years , have sold several times and in that time have experienced a huge amount realestate groups.) Hands down, Ian is THE BEST of all of them. He is good natured , very knowledgeable in local market, rents & sales. He can pick and advise to get a great tenant & has great repoire with good tenants ( so important. ) Ian's building construction knowledge and relevant legislation knowledge just makes life and decisions easy. ( Compared to entry level 18yo receptionist-like property agents who mean well but have no life experience to recognise issues starting.) He will keep you informed , help make decisions based on his experience, is fair ,has respect for a win win situation. He is realistic and means what he says. You can trust his judgement and I just wish he could cover all my real estate needs ( I've asked him to move to another city about 10 times where I need a good agent lol) He made selling a breeze and with a excellent result.
