A most successful sale in challenging circumstances.

I engaged Ian Clarke nearly twelve months ago to provide advice and support to sell a house for me. From day one Ian was able to guide me regarding the best approach to take and the various options for a sale. After a delay, not in anyway due to anything that Ian could control I was able to list the house for sale. He was able to let me know what needed to be done to upgrade the house and where best to spend the money to maximum the sale price. Shortly after listing we had several offers on the house and following a period of negotiation we were able to sign a contract and reached settlement with a figure that we were more than happy with and hopefully also suited the purchasers. This is not a market that I know very well but with Ian's help we can now move on to other investments. Thanks Ian and his team.
