Knowledgeable, Professional and Helpful

We were introduced by a friend who had a very positive experience in selling his house. We too had a similar experience with them in renting out our property. As we live in Melbourne we needed a reliable agency to take over our property and carry out certain installation and maintenance works as well which they did to our total satisfaction at a very reasonable cost. They were also able to find a tenant in a short period of time. They visited the property whenever I requested for an update of the maintenance work, and were quick to give the update with photographs. They were able to give at least four staff to help us with our inquiries and they all worked very well together as a team. My only suggestion to the agent is that it is better if the property managers are given work mobiles so that it is easier to contact them, especially when they are inspecting our property. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ian McNamee to anyone who need to manage their property.
