Slow maintenance response and poor communication.

My experience with Ian McNamee & Partners Queanbeyan & Jerrabomberra has been pretty disappointing so far. When I moved in, I completed the entry condition report and noted several issues with the property including plumbing problems, broken fixtures, and doors/flyscreens not working properly. It took longer than expected to get anything moving, and a lot of delays were put down to waiting for owner approval, which meant repairs just didn’t progress. A plumber eventually attended and fixed the urgent issues, but there are still other maintenance items that haven’t been resolved yet. Overall, it hasn’t felt very organised or professional when it comes to handling basic maintenance in a timely way.
