Excellent all around

Mark was able to secure a bid on the first day of open inspections and negotiate up to our expectations. He did this in a short time frame and with excellent, transparent communication, which was appreciated by us as the vendor and, I'm sure, the buyer. Following the acceptance of the offer, our current, out of lease tenants made access difficult and contract exchange time frames extended in to weeks. At all times throughout this potentially stressful period, Mark was proactively working with all three parties, plus our property managers to insure the transaction occurred and that we were assured and confident that our desired outcomes would be met. I couldn't recommend Mark, or the team at McNamees Jerrabomberra as a whole, any higher. Aaron & Kate.
