The best agent experience I have ever enjoyed

Right from the start Bianca stood out among the agents I contacted to help sell my late father's house. She had great local knowledge and very competitive rates which gave me a lot of confidence in her abilities. Living out of state and trying to manage this sale from afar should have made the process difficult but Bianca's knowledge and support made everything so very easy. When Bianca gave me her market appraisal I was surprised at the expected price range being as high as it was. Well she was 100% on the money because we accepted an offer at the top of that range on the house was put up for sale. Even more impressive was the fact it only took her 3 days to get that offer! Bianca was even nice enough to let me borrow her open home sandwich board to advertise a garage sale. Put simply, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to engage Bianca again to sell my home.
