Successful Sale

Selena has great local knowledge, lives locally and has a passion for the area. We got Selena for an initial appraisal prior to deciding which agent to go with. She was accurate with her appraisal price. (No pissing in our pocket and we ended up getting what she said we would). The buyer wanted our furniture aswell and although not in the house sale contract, Selena assisted with these negotiations aswell. Selena also assisted with quotes for a small issue with the building and pest inspection. Selena went above and beyond to get a good outcome for both parties. Many thanks
