professional trustworthy conduct in what sometimes appears to be a copmpromised indusrty

Jack has conducted himself yet again in a most professional manner. He has conducted both purchases and sales for us and in both situations his conduct was very professional and at the same time not too over the top with expressing his professional opinion. He discussed the sale with both of us in simple plain english but at the same time showed an understanding of mums wants and needs.
