Kirsty from Image Property reached out a few weeks before completion of the property. She answered all our questions promptly and spent time with us to explain the process for leasing the property out. After the property was completed, we met with Candra who took us through the property and explained next steps. The property was photographed on a Wednesday after handover from the builder, listed on Thursday and by Monday we had accepted an application. The tenants moved in that Wednesday at the price the property was advertised at, so less than a week on the market! Kirsty and Candra kept us informed through the whole process, we loved the photos provided by the photographer they used. We're impressed by the online portal for managing the property as well.
