New investment and tenants terminated a 12 month lease

I had acquired a new property with a tenant who had a 12 month lease. Image had just taken over the property management as part of my purchase. Two weeks after settlement the tenant advised they were breaking the lease. To say i was not happy would be an understatement. Image were very calming and had the property released within two weeks - at a higher rental! Great service.
