She played a key role in helping me navigate a fairly complex renovation process, ultimately transforming the property into a fully compliant and lease-ready home. Natalie also has a great network of reliable and efficient tradespeople, which made a huge difference in getting everything completed smoothly and on time. What really stood out was her ability to understand my personal circumstances and provide tailored support, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Communication was another strong point — she was always accessible, and even when she was on leave, she ensured there was seamless backup support in place.
