Shanae is the most knowledgeable and professional person I have ever met in the industry. She is outstanding at her job! She knew the property before we touched base. She answered questions & returned calls promptly. The team sourced local contractors quickly which was great when you don’t know the area. There were no dramas, everything was handled professionally and easily. The team conducted numerous open house inspections and followed up with feedback immediately. We are really happy with our tenant and Nikita has proven to be an excellent property manager. We have previously owned investments so we thought we knew what to expect from our property managers. But the Image team have raised the bar, they are exceptional. There is no comparison. The team know the property, know the area, have excellent contractors that are prompt and don’t over charge. The team truly care about our property; the tenants looking after our investment and us as landlords. Cannot recommend them enough!
