Extraordinary Agency from Day 1

I have found Image Property to be an extraordinary agency from day 1 back in 2015 when they first began represented my property. Whether communicating by email, text, phone or face to face I have found all their representatives from Joel to tenancy agents to property management are professional and clear in their contact with me. They ask me for my opinion so that I am involved in the decision making while also providing their expertise before any decisions are finalised. Despite some challenging external factors they have maintained full tenancy of my property and have appropriately increase the rent over a 5 year period. My current property manager, Ellen Sifonios is excellent in all areas of her engagement with me and proved herself to be highly skilled in her representation of my property. 5 stars all round!
