Triple P - Personal, Professional and Prompt

Image Property have managed my two investment properties in Brisbane for the last 7 years, whilst I sit on my lounge in NSW (not entirely true!) Actually, this is slightly incorrect, as for 4 years, I had another real estate managing one of my properties. Not that I wanted to compare the property managers from both real estates, but the differences were became glaringly apparent. With Image, every email was answered promptly with enthusiasm and with friendly communication. ANY query or task was completed efficiently and in a timely fashion, with ongoing communication on the matter provided throughout. Why did I take so long to switch, you may be asking!!?? As property managers within Image have changed over the years, introductions during the handover have always been implemented, which have made these changes absolutely seemless. NOTHING is a problem. It is SO comforting to know that both of my properties are being looked after with so much care, with my needs and wants always given their major focus and priority. When expert opinion is sought, it is given with aplomb. A recent example of this was when I had a change of tenant and a couple were suggested. After reading their application, it looked fine to me on paper, so I approved it. I asked for the "gut feeling" of my property manager and she gave it: not by belittling said couple, but by suggesting that they may not be the tenants that would be most suitable for me. LOVE that feedback and professionalism as it really shouldn't have mattered to her as to who I got in my apartment. So easy for her to just say "yep, they're fine" and bury that task. But to Image, it DOES matter! Which is why I've written this review. They are TOPS!
