Image Property Exceeds Expectations

I have only great things to say about Image Property and specifically Ellen, who has been our property manager for the past year and a half. I hear from Ellen regularly regarding our property including inspection reports, lease renewals, advertising and just general updates, which makes me confident that my property is being managed well - not just superficially. Ellen has demonstrated that she cares both for tenants and landlords and has the time to manage all aspects of property management. In particular, I have to say that Ellen exceeded my expectations, as recently demonstrated when advertising our property for re-lease. Ellen proactively updated our advert, photographs, written summary (ie in advance), sent this information to me (for review) and responded constructively to my comments. She had developed a plan in advance for re-leasing including the best time and means to advertise, organised multiple inspections and provided rapid review of our inspections. Within 1 week of advertising, I received multiple options for tenants who applied and secured a tenant a week later - well in advance of the property being vacant. This meant that we had minimal rental loss between tenants and I had plently of time to organise necessary maintenance, during the vacany time. Thank you SO MUCH Ellen and Image Property for providing a trustworthy, value for money and well-organised service. You have exceeded my expectations and I would have absolutely no hesitiation in reccommending Ellen and your agency. We need more employees like Ellen and rental agencies like Image property in the market (I have allot of experience, the vast majority of rental agencies fail meet my expectations). Thanks again for being such a wonderful group of people to work with!
