Josh's attitude to achieve delivers results, while his integrity achieves a strong working relationship between vendor and agent. At all times he provided a high level of communication, a genuine enthusiasm for what he was doing teamed with a professional manner. Josh's market knowledge was apparent from my first meeting with him which meant I was in the picture with market place activity/trends. Before going to market I was consulted over all material that was being used to promote my property, ie. photos and property blurb listed on-line, so that I had the opportunity to provide feedback before the material was used.
