Excellent communications skills and very knowledgeable on what to do to get an excellent sale.

When first started working with Jamie to sell our property there were several options. We made the decision to do the property up for sale, Jamie was very helpful in getting in trades people to do the tasks planned at an excellent cost, he also kept an eye on progress of the works. Once all works was completed Jamie mentioned styling of the property, I had no idea what this was, after being informed of what it was, I would recommend this for anyone looking to sell a property. Anyone that is wanting to sell a property I would listen to Jamie and his recommendations if you want to get a good price for your property. Everything went very smoothly for the sale of our property and got lot more than originally expected.
