Professional and Helpful Service

David Deane Real Estate proved to be a very professional estate agent, always quick to respond to queries, in a friendly and helpful manner. The only problem we have had is with their insistence that we take the rental on an earlier date than we required it, despite the fact that the house clearly wasn't ready for occupation. We finally took occupation almost 2 weeks after we'd signed for on the lease. There are still problems that have not been resolved; the house is livable but not complete in terms of finishes eg. curtains missing, lights not working, a faulty oven door. Nevertheless, I would happily deal with David Deane again.
