Communication the key, knowledge the door, professionalism to close the deal.

We first met Mark in 2019 when looking at land for sale at the Rivers Edge Estate, Lawnton. From our first meeting, Mark was courteous, enthusiastic about the estate, but not overbearing, and above all, professional and knowledgeable about real estate in general. After looking at all available lots we asked about the block next to the most incredible looking house in Oxbow Crescent. That block was sold. To cut a long story short, Mark helped us purchase this amazing house by negotiating with the vendor and navigating the complexities of a “subject to the sale of our house” contract. During the negotiations Mark was very open and fair in his dealings with us, at the same time making it clear that he was acting for the vendor. We have lived in this unique and beautiful home for six years and after much soul searching, decided we had to sell. For us, Mark was the perfect choice to handle the sale of our home as he knew intimately the past history and improvements that we had made over six years. Because the price point for our home created a somewhat record price for our street, Mark took the responsibility to sell very seriously, but was also convinced he could find the right buyer and achieve a price acceptable to both us, as vendors, and also the people who would ultimately own our home. Mark found the buyer that loved this place as much as we did.
