Craig has indepth knowledge of the property market and is a good negotiator. My unit was on the market for only 3 days when I had offers coming in, one of which I accepted. Unfortunately this fell through on the buyer's finance but he got me another contract within the week and I've now settled at a price I'm not only happy with, but for more than we expected. He's definitely a closer and I'm really happy everything went without a hitch. I also like that there's no upfront cost for photography, naturally that cost is included in the commision but it was such a relief not having to pay for professional photography upfront! A lot of other agencies wanted money upfront and it's a lot to come up with when there's no guarantee the property will sell. If my property Hadn't sold within the three months, the photography would be free of charge - that's my kind of agent!!
